Changed your mind? If you have not used what you bought, you can cancel within 14 days and get all your money back, with no cancellation fee. Something did not arrive or did not work? We fix it or refund it. A child bought something without permission? A parent can ask for a refund. Write to [email protected] with the store's order number.
What you can buy
Paid items in our apps are: coin and gem packs (Gorilla Rush, Wagon Run, Doodle Hunt), No Ads (Gorilla Rush, Twistbloom, Wagon Run, Doodle Hunt) and Doodle Hunt's drawing slot. The price, in your currency and including taxes, is shown in the store's payment window before you confirm. Our website sells nothing.
Cancel within 14 days
You can cancel a purchase within 14 days of buying it and get a full refund if:
- for a currency pack: you have not spent any of the currency from that pack (if you spent part of it, we refund the unspent part in proportion);
- for No Ads: any time within the 14 days;
- for a Doodle Hunt drawing slot: you have not yet sent a drawing with it.
We do not charge a cancellation fee. After a refund, the items or currency from that purchase are removed from the game.
The Israeli Consumer Protection Law lets sellers exclude some digital content from the right to cancel. We choose to offer this 14-day cancellation anyway. If you are 65 or older, a person with a disability or a new immigrant, Israeli law may give you up to 4 months to cancel; tell us when you write.
Did not arrive, did not work, or charged twice
First tap "Restore purchases" in the game's shop or settings. If that does not help, write to us. We will deliver the item or refund it in full, at any time. Mistakes on our side are never charged to you.
Purchases made by a child
Children need a parent's permission to buy. Under Israeli law a parent can cancel a child's purchase that was made without permission. If your child bought something without permission, write to us from your email with the order number within one month of finding out, and we will refund it (the items are removed). To prevent it happening again, turn on purchase approval: on Android, Google Play "Require authentication for purchases" or Family Link; on iPhone, "Ask to Buy" in Family Sharing.
How to ask for a refund
- Bought on Android (Google Play): within 48 hours you can ask Google directly at support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637. After that, write to us and we refund through Google Play.
- Bought on iPhone (App Store): Apple handles all App Store refunds. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple refuses a refund you are entitled to under this page or the law, write to us and we will refund you directly.
- Write to us: [email protected]. Include the game, the item, the date, and the store's order number (Google: starts with "GPA."; Apple: on your receipt email). For a BananaBolt ID purchase, add your username.
We answer within 7 days and, when you are entitled to it, the money is returned within 14 days of your request, in the way you paid or, if the store cannot do it, by bank transfer or another way we agree on.
What is not refundable
- Currency you have already spent and items you have used, after the 14 days, unless they were faulty or the law says otherwise.
- Currency or items earned for free, from rewards, ads or play.
- Purchases in an account closed for cheating or another serious breach of the Terms, unless the law says otherwise.
Deleting your BananaBolt ID does not refund purchases automatically. Ask for a refund first if you are entitled to one.
If a game closes
We tell players at least 60 days before an online game closes, and you can ask for a refund of recently bought, unused currency and of No Ads in an online-only game. Details are in section 13 of the Terms.
Your legal rights
This page adds to your rights; it does not take any away. You keep all your rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and the consumer law of your country.
